This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and System Loco Ltd ("System Loco"), for the use of hardware devices, management platforms, data feeds, and device data services provided by System Loco.

By using or accessing any products or services offered by System Loco, including but not limited to the LocoTrack and LocoTag tracking devices and the LocoAware platform (collectively referred to as the "Products and Services"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT
   System Loco hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Products and Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any other documentation provided by System Loco.
    

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You shall not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Products and Services. You shall not provide access to the Products and Services to any third party who could infringe upon the intellectual property rights of System Loco.
    

3. OWNERSHIP
   All intellectual property rights in the Products and Services, including but not limited to the LocoTrack, LocoTags, and LocoAware platform, belong solely to System Loco.
    

4. USE CASE
   The Products and Services are provided for the tracking of assets and personnel as per the individual customer use case agreement. Any illegal or non-business related usage is strictly prohibited.
    

5. CUSTOMIZATIONS AND SUPPORT
   You may customize the device settings through the LocoAware platform, provided such customizations comply with System Loco’s guidelines. Support for custom configurations may be available under a separate support contract.
    

6. FIRMWARE UPDATES
   You are responsible for managing firmware updates for the devices unless this is explicitly managed under a separate support contract. Failure to apply critical updates may invalidate any warranty provided by System Loco.
    

7. API USAGE
   The LocoAware platform provides an API for subscribing to device reports and updating settings. You are responsible for validating your interface with the API and System Loco does not provide support for API integration.
    

8. PRIVACY
   LocoAware platform collects data on customer usage for diagnostic and internal reporting purposes only. No information will be shared with third parties.
    

9. TERM AND TERMINATION
   This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or System Loco. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from System Loco if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
    

10. GOVERNING LAW
    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
     

11. MISCELLANEOUS
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and System Loco concerning the use of the Products and Services.
